Process

How accreditation works

From your initial application to collecting your badge on-site, the process is straightforward and fully digital.

Create & Apply Online

Select your accreditation category, complete your personal profile, and submit required documents through this portal. Applications via your National Federation are also supported.

Multi-Level Review

Your application is reviewed by GAA and the LOC Accreditation Committee in line with CAA and World Athletics standards. You will receive email notifications at each stage.

Badge Production

Upon full approval, your personalised badge is produced with your photo, category colour code, zone access, and a unique QR code for on-site verification.

4

Collect On-Site

Collect your badge from the Central Accreditation Centre at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium from 18 August 2026. Bring your original ID document.
